Governance 

Zoe’s Board of Trustees have responsibility for the governance of Zoe Freedom & Prophetic Resources and to ensure all funds received by Zoe are managed lawfully and for ‘public benefit’ i.e. no trustee or their family receives any personal benefit.

Zoe Trustees are accountable to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).

Our accounts are submitted annually to the
